Barry A. Goodfield
Professor Barry A. Goodfield, Ph.D. is a licensed Marriage Family Therapist in AZ and CA and the founder of the Goodfield Institute LLC. His training as a psychotherapist has enabled him to provide expert consulting in global profiling and mediation. He is also an author, trainer, international lecturer, noted radio and TV personality, founder of Operation New Outlook (ONO), and a former senior professor at several universities in America and Europe.
Since 1972, he has trained and shared his method with clients, senior corporate executives, attorneys, business leaders, government officials, law enforcement professionals, healthcare professionals, and more.
He was the first to incorporate video with therapy and developed the Goodfield Method™. As a pioneer in the field, he received a US patent US3991744 A1 “Process for treating psychophysiological condition”.
His services have been utilized by various international bodies such as the United Nations (ICTY) and NATO H.Q. Brussels, as well as governments such as the former Soviet Union, The Netherlands, Lithuania, Uzbekistan, Sri Lanka, Sultanate of Oman, Ukraine, New Zealand and Austria.
Dori King Goodfield
Dori Goodfield is a senior Goodfield therapist, coach, trainer, supervisor, Goodfield Nonverbal Strategy Analyst, and social worker.
As a therapist and social worker, she has counseled individuals, families, and communities for over 40 years. She has served as a liaison between clients, homes, schools, family services, child-guidance clinics, doctors, and more.
During her time as social worker in The Netherlands, she was co-founder of a non-profit organization for survivors of rape and incest victims. They established a hotline and support groups, worked with law enforcement and doctors to ensure adequate help, and gave lectures to create more awareness about the problem.
After training with Dr. Goodfield she opened her own psychotherapy practice using the Goodfield Method™. She now lives in the US with Barry and their daughter. They work together on many projects and continue to refine the Goodfield Method.
Franck Gros
Franck Gros is the Director of the Goodfield Institute in Europe. He is trained in the Goodfield Method and is currently working to become a certified Goodfield Strategy Analyst. His goal is to offer the Goodfield Method–a quick, ethical, and accurate service–to the European market.

In addition to his work at the Goodfield Institute, he is a sports teacher in a private college in France. Before that, he was a combat shooting instructor for various special units (special operations, police, military, bodyguard, security agency, NGO). He also taught boot camp and personal training in Geneva, Majorca, and Spain.
